Crayola® Color Wonder™ Metallic Paper (75-2217)
While its a little pricy (18 sheets for $13), this is one of the coolest Color Wonder sets we've seen. Instead of typcial colours, this marker/sheet combo creates bright and shiny metallic hues: blue, purple, green, yellow or orange as indicated on the marker used. Like other Color Wonder products, there's a brief pause while the color 'develops' on the page. However, you can see where you've drawn right away: the paper looks silvery wet until the colour develops. We also like that the pages are all blank canvasses (no pre-dranwn pictures) on which you can draw whatever you want. And of course, like all Color Wonder projects, this one is also mess-free.

I think the paper is neat and I like the flashy colours. What is great about this activity is that there is no mess and it is easy to use. What I find frustrating is that you can get prints on it with your fingers even though you don't want them there. But it is always nice to experiment with new medium to help with creativity.
