Our testers loved the quick pace of this game, and the simoultaneous play that kept everyone involved. The basic premis is easy to grasp ad appelaing: each player has their own stash of letters from which they are tying to form words. The 5 tier leter racks make it easy to organize your tiles into different words, although as our testrs point out, the forward tiles partially cover the tiles behind (including point values). The included rules tightern the game to make it more challenging and competitive. For example, players are not just trying to make 5 words, but specifically one each of a 2 letter, 3 letter, 4 letter, 5 letter and 6 letter wordAnd an optional bonus rule suggests restricting allowable owrds to a chosen subject like foods or clothing words. So, depending on who's playing you can make it into a really tough game, or loosen the rules so the whole family - including kids - can play.
The game is really challenging but it's still fun. It helps to pick up more than twenty letters because it gives you more variety because it can be frustrating to try to get all the words and not figure them out. Aleeza (F9)

Otherwise, it gets extremely frustrating for the younger player as they struggle to find their second or third word as the older person is just fine-tuning the last one. Golda Wiseman, Parent
An exciting and challenging family game that provides hours of fun for two to four players. At the core of the game lies a fun and fast paced word game for all ages. Not only does it provide a challenge for the savvy speller, but it's the ultimate way to make learning fun for younger children. The Dabble Game will also help children develop many useful skills such as vocabulary, spelling and quick thinking. The rules of the game are simple. Each player selects 20 tiles from the bag and tries to be the first person to spell 5 different words (a 2 letter, 3 letter, 4 letter, 5 letter and 6 letter word) within a five minute time frame. The first player to do this will win the round and they will score points for tiles left unused by his/her opponents. The first player to score 100 points wins the game. To make the game a little easier for new spellers, simply remove or extend the...
