My First Green Toys™ Stacking Cups
Very popular with our testing families! This pastel-coloured, six beaker stacking/nesting toy has two particularly outstanding features. The first is that it is made from recycled milk jugs. Besides being environmentally friendly, this food-grade plastic contains no BPA, Phthalates or PVC - which is especially important for an infant toy that gets mouthed and chewed. We also love that it's dishwasher safe to keep it sanitized! As well, the cups are "volumetrically" proportional: the "4" cup holds two dumps of the "2" cup (or four dumps of the "1" cup) and similarly for other combinations of cup dumps. While the manufacturer is perhaps stretching it a bit to suggest this feature "teaches math" - especially to 6 month old babies, it can be a useful hands on demonstration for older siblings trying to understand basic addiition.
