Superior quality and nice presentation. Not only does it come in a sturdy tin can, everything in this game is colour coordinated - even the dry erase markers! And, instead of laminated cardstock, the white boards in this fame are solid plastic. They even have their own slotted holder.
The game itself is easy to learn and fun. Players take turns being the "subject" so they can listen to what the other players think they'd think would make a given situation good or bad. For example, if you had something stuck to your shoe, what would make that a situation you'd love ($20 bill) or hate (bubblegum - or worse)? However, some of our testers - teens, as well as, some adult groups - enjoyed making witty ansewrs more than trying to get the best match to the subject’s true nature.
I played with family and the participating children ranged from 9 - 16 years old. The age difference made this game a little more difficult to play. The younger players had trouble thinking of answers and sometimes needed to have the category explained to them. The older children did fair much better. My daughter (16) also played this with her friends and she said they had a blast. It became more of a game of wit with the teens then really trying to get the best match to the subject’s true nature. Really fun game. Played with 3 generations over thanskgiving and all had a great time. My 9 and 11 year old nieces loved this game. There were a few cards they did not understand exactly what was being said, but we just skipped those. My 60 year old mother as well as my 37 year old brother had equal fun playing with it.
