I like putting sparkles on the purses. I made one of Belle for me and one of Cinderella for Mama. I don't want to play with them because they are made out of paper and princesses don't play with paper purses. They are just for decoration. MacKenzie (F4)
A great price, a fun craft with lots of additives. Grace, 5.5, thouroughly enjoyed it. She loved the glamour of the jewels and all the cute accessories that you could carry in your purse. She could independently complete this craft on her own, without help. Jennifer Stewart
The idea is a good one, and it comes with some cute cutouts to put into your purse. But the playability just isn't there... because the purses are all open at the top, so anything you put in them tends to fall out when a 4 yr old plays with it...especially all the little paper things like the coins they cut out. Unfortunately it doesn't work very well as an activity for a playdate, either. There really wasn't much to do, and it only took 2 or 3 minutes, then they had to wait for the massive amounts of glue they put on it to dry before they could play with it. The girls cut out the rest of the items, and then went off to play with other things. The glue works incredibly well to stick on the gems, pompoms and the sequins that are provided in the kit.... but the princess stickers that they provide don't stick for very long. They come off after a few days and get lost. The purses are very pretty, even without any embellishment at all, but I just don't think the value is there. Estelle Mah
