Magic Feather

It's very fun to play and depending on what the cards say it can be very funny to watch the person do what the cards say. This game is fun no matter how many people play..it's good with 2 or up to 6 players. The names and characters are cute. Aleeza (F11)
Meaghan (F6) definitely enjoyed playing this game more than anyone else in the family who played (10 year old brother, aunt and myself). She particularly enjoyed acting out or doing silly activities, but found it quite hilarious when others were made to do them too. She couldn't answer all the questions, so sometimes we improvised with answers and "agreeing that they got the answers right". As a parent, I found the instructions to be confusing; the activities on the cards were often too infantile or too complicated - difficult to get a good balance. Kim Moennick
Almost awesome! By no means a serious game, this is a light 20 minute romp with the family. It would be a 10 if the quality and consistency of game cards were all at their best, but there are enough duds to detract from the positive flow of the game. Still, sometimes you just need a game where you can be silly in a controlled fashion. This game provides that outlet for both adults and children to play together - both of my sons (4 & 6) really enjoyed this game, and my 4-yold son loved it even more than his brother, as some of the pointless questions caused my 6-yold to enjoy the game less. There are some really novel elements here, although the instructions were a little confusing for us, especially the roles of the crows. The different story cards on the other hand were a really nice touch that we enjoyed. The cards make each game different in a meaningful way as they change the setup and mechanics of the game. At their best, the cards get you saying/doing/drawing some funny things that gets everyone in stitches. At their worst, they ask meaningless T/F questions that left us gamers just scratching our heads. I may actually just remove those cards from the game, as there are LOTS of cards. Other game elements are also a mixed bag. The "crows" are pieces that players move around the board, but really didn't fit in well with gameplay. The layout of the board is okay, but some start/finish destinations are easier than others. Mike Roy
Magic Feather is a nutty rumpus of a game for kids and families!
In this game you’ll move around a magical neighborhood doing things like pretending to be a cat that swims, telling a story about your breakfast, or making another player laugh without talking … but you’ll have to stay one step ahead of those pesky Crows to win!
Magic Feather develops creativity and imagination; helps build problem-solving, story-telling, counting, reading and map skills; encourages physical activity; and exercises the sense of humor!
Perfect for: rainy days, holidays, family get-togethers, game night, slumber parties and curing cabin fever.
